8 Reasons to Move to Suburbs
1. GOOD ECOLOGY
Perhaps one of the main reasons to move out of a crowded city. When you leave the city, with its smog and traffic jams, you clearly feel the difference: it's night and day really. It's simple: the farther you are from the city, the lower the concentration of carbon dioxide and other harmful gases is in the air.
For comparison: in the center of an average city, the CO2 level reaches 400-500 ppm, in megacities it's around 900 ppm (!!), in suburban towns - an average of 350 ppm. Why is it important to take into account? Even a slightly higher than normal concentration of carbon dioxide is dangerous to human health. Moreover, it has a cumulative effect. Do you feel constant fatigue, drowsiness, frequent headaches? It's time to think seriously about moving to the suburbs.
2. BEATIFUL NATURE
It is much more pleasant to wake up and see not the "concrete jungle" outside the window, all of the neighboring high-rise buildings, which are right next to each other, but a picturesque forest or lake, where locals like to fish in the morning. There is no need to go somewhere and plan a trip to go skiing, everything is all already here.
3. QUALITY PRODUCTS
Good ecology, picturesque nature, what else can be found here? Of course, quality food. In the suburbs, there is abundance of fresh products, thus, you will simply live a longer life. It will not be difficult to get eggs, dairy products, fresh fish and fresh meat from a nearby farm, as well as local vegetables and fruits. Another upside of moving out of a city is that all these products are not only healthier, but also quite cheaper.
4. HEALTHY LIFE
There are so many ways in which moving to suburbs will improve your health. You can plant greens, vegetables, fruit trees. Or install a gazebo, and you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by flowers. You can also arrange a barbecue area or a small playground for children with a sandbox and really anything you can imagine.
LOW HOUSING PRICES
Buying a house or apartment in the suburbs is a cost-effective solution. The farther from the city you are, the cheaper the cost of housing is. In megacities, prices may double or even triple them. In normal cities, the difference is not as big, but is quite noticeable.
6. MORE PLACE FOR PARKING
People always fight for a parking spot, it gets brutal. In the suburbs, you can park your car in the yard, or simply in front of your house.
7. GOOD RELATIONS WITH NEIGHBORS
In the suburbs there are fewer neighbors and, as a rule, people are nicer to each other. Similar views on life allow you to establish warm friendships. And, better overall quality of life makes these relationships even better.
8. KIDS CAN SPEND MORE TIME OUTSIDE
In the suburbs there are all the needed conditions for the proper development of children, including a favorable environment and fresh air. There are so many games and activities that urban children simply cannot enjoy. And their main entertainment sources end up being exclusively digital. Which is sad.
